Start with a cover, then give buyers an overview of the collections and available finishes before they reach the prices. The overview includes finish swatches, so a dealer can see the finish names alongside a visual reference. Each pricing page groups products by collection. Product photos help buyers identify a piece in the table, while the name, SKU, type, and description distinguish similar items—such as a lounge chair, its high-back version, and a matching ottoman. Dimensions give dealers a quick reference when discussing fit with a customer. A badge can call attention to a product marked “New.”
The spreadsheet has separate columns for finish A pricing, finish B pricing, and dealer pricing. That makes it possible to show the price differences between finish groups without burying them in a description. The finish list also connects each product to its available options; in the sample, Natural Oak and White Oak fall under finish group A, while Walnut and Smoked Oak fall under group B.
